A large, hairy Drinker Moth caterpillar, with a pound coin (sadly not the Welsh version) to show its size.

I believe this is a female Common Blue Damselfly (Enallagma cyathigerum) - so called because it's, er, grey and black...

This bracket fungus looked like chocolate. the large piece is about 15 cm long. |
